Ms.\u00a0Bushon\u00a0has served as Executive Director and as a member of the Executive Committee of Land & General\u00a0Berhad\u00a0since December 2006.\u00a0 Land and General\u00a0Berhad\u00a0is the company\u2019s largest shareholder owning approximately 18% of the company\u2019s outstanding shares.\u00a0\u00a0Previously, she was a Director of Land & General\u00a0Berhad, a position she was appointed to in March 2002.\u00a0 From December 1984 to October 2007, Ms.\u00a0Bushon\u00a0held various senior executive positions with Employees Provident Fund (Malaysia) including Head of Private Equity and Head of Public Equity Research.\u00a0 Ms.\u00a0Bushon\u00a0was a Director and a founding member of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group, a Malaysian public company, from December 2001 to February 2007.\u00a0 Since 2003, Ms.\u00a0Bushon\u00a0has served on the Board of Directors of Kentucky Fried Chicken Ltd. (Malaysia).\u00a0\u00a0 Ms.\u00a0Bushon\u00a0received a Master in Business Administration from Henley\/\u00a0Brunel\u00a0University, West London in 1993, and earned an honors degree in Economic Statistics from\u00a0UniversitiKebangsaan\u00a0Malaysia\u00a0in 1984.<\/p>\n
