Chang\u2019s retirement.<\/p>\n

Mr. Yee has been the Controller and Assistant Secretary\/Treasurer of the company since April 1, 2006 when he first joined the company.\u00a0\u00a0Mr. Yee has over 30 years of diverse accounting and finance experiences with both publicly-held and privately-held companies including Price Waterhouse Coopers, Allied Signal Corporations,\u00a0Mattel, Inc. etc.\u00a0\u00a0Phil is a certified public accountant and earned his BA and MBA from the\u00a0University\u00a0of\u00a0Michigan.\u00a0\u00a0Additionally, he completed post-graduate studies in accounting at the\u00a0University\u00a0of\u00a0Detroit.<\/p>\n
