If an individual desires to have both a vendor and host profile, different email addresses are required. At this time, both profiles cannot be created under the same email address.

You are automatically charged each month on the day of the month you joined. Cancellations must be done 5 days prior to next month’s billing cycle.There is no pro-rating based on the day of the month you cancel.

We currently accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.

If you are a host, you will not be asked for any payment information. If you are a vendor and the account number you used to subscribe with us is no longer valid, or if you'd like to use a different method of payment, click on the Account Settings link located on your Dashboard and access the Payment Information section.

You can cancel or put your membership on hold at any time by clicking on the Account Settings link located on your Dashboard, and scrolling down under the Account Information section.
If you decide to cancel your membership, your profile will be deleted immediately. If you choose to put your membership on hold, your profile will be hidden and your monthly payments will stop. Once you decide to rejoin, sign in to unhide your profile and reactivate your monthly payments. You are automatically charged each month on the day of the month you rejoined.
