Our goal at onelawn® is to provide financing options that can be tailored to each homeowner’s individual budget, as such we offer three different payment options.

1. Check or Credit Card

For customers who choose to pay the amount up front, we accept checks, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

2. Property Assessment Financing

Now offering property assessment financing through CaliforniaFIRST

The CaliforniaFIRST Program is a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program for residential and commercial properties. The program allows property owners to finance the installation of energy and water improvements on homes or businesses through the issuance of a municipal bond, and pay the amount back as a line item on their property tax bill. CaliforniaFIRST financing doesn’t rely on your credit rating and you don’t need to put any money down. Ask your contractor for additional information or visit CaliforniaFIRST.org.
